Meet the Principal

My name is Clarissa Johnston-Abril and I am proud to be the principal of Ryan STEAM Academy. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Special Education and Elementary Education and a Masters of Arts in Emancipatory School Leadership. For the past seven years, I have been a part of the Ryan community as a Special Education teacher.

I am excited to uphold Ryan STEAM Academy's commitment to developing students' 21st century skills through STEAM, the engineering design process, and exploration. I believe that relationships between families and the school are vital to the success of our students. I look forward to working with our school community to create a learning environment where we can work learn and achieve together.
